Edgework

  • An Ariss edge is not a smooth, polished finish, it simply takes the sharpness off the edge of the glass to minimise risk of injury when handling the glass.

  • A polished edge is smooth and flat, offering a clean and modern look.

  • A bevelled edge involves cutting and angling the edges at 45 degrees, creating a framed, decorative border.

Description

Produced by adding metal oxides during manufacturing, the 6mm Grey tinted Float Glass has the ability to reduce solar glare and add privacy to certain rooms. Ideal for use in commercial properties. It can also be used for decorative purposes in both commercial and domestic properties. Also available as Toughened Safety Glass.
